Female education

Female education means the education of women.a nation consists of men and female.A nation cannot progress if women are not educated.Women form nearly half of the population of a country. If women are not educated, half of population is uneducated.A nation with half of its population uneducated cannot achieve any remarkable progress.Men and women are like the two wheels of a cart.A cart cannot move on one wheel. In the same way,a nation can march to progress if both its men and women are educated.
Female education has been neglected in our country since the earliest days.We find some isolated cases of educated women in the history of our land. But the majority of women were steeped in ignorance and illiteracy. Homes were considered to be the field of work for women. Women were forbidden to go out and work in other fields of activity. This idea has slowly changed among the educated people but the mass of the people still harbour this idea. We find some educated women in towns, but the village women are still uneducated.
Educated women are a great asset to a country. They can look after their children in a better manner. They can teach their children many good things. The education of a child begins at home. The mother is the first teacher. If women are not educated, they cannot properly train their children. Next,an educated women is a great help to her husband. She can share his work, lessen his sorrows and brighten his joys. A wife is the life-long companion of man.An educated wife help him in many ways. She can supplement his income by her earnings. An educated women can behave properly with her husband, children and other members of her family. She is polite and courteous to everybody.she does not use harsh words and abusive languages. She is not irritable and quarrelsome as an uneducated women.she keeps her home happy. She tries to love and please everybody.she is a friend, philosopher and guide to everyone in the family.
The people of a town have realized the necessity of female education. They said their girls to schools and campuses. But the villagers have not yet realised the importance of female education. Now we should turn our attention to the villages. This will prove an incentive to the villagers to send there girls to school.
